A QuietOps agent is powered by a large language model and responds conversationally to whatever the user says — including unexpected questions, follow-ups, and complex inquiries. It behaves like a knowledgeable assistant, not a form.
Yes. Our agents can be deployed on an inbound phone line so that when a potential client calls outside business hours, the AI answers, speaks naturally, qualifies the caller, and captures their information. Voice agents are included from the Professional plan and above.
English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, and Italian. Additional languages can be discussed for Enterprise engagements. The agent detects the language automatically.
A Starter Agent typically goes live within 7 days of payment. More complex configurations take 2–3 weeks. You receive a confirmed timeline before any work begins.
A brief onboarding document covering your business, services, typical client questions, and instructions for agent behavior. We handle all technical work. Most clients spend less than two hours on onboarding.
Yes. The web agent is deployed via a small embed script that works on any website — WordPress, Webflow, custom-built, or anything else.
Yes. The agent is trained on your business specifically — your tone, your services, your boundaries. Changes can be requested at any time.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, and custom systems via API. Starter includes one CRM integration. Professional and above include advanced and multiple integrations.
Yes. From Professional onwards, the agent triggers automated follow-up emails. SMS follow-up is available on Premium. All messaging matches your brand and tone.
Direct live integration with listing platforms is available on a custom basis for Enterprise clients. Standard agents can reference property information provided during onboarding.
All work required to build, configure, train, test, and deploy your AI agent. This includes prompt engineering, CRM integration, voice configuration, QA, and go-live support.
No. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover completed work.
Yes. Upgrades involve a supplementary setup fee plus the updated monthly subscription rate from the next billing cycle.

You do. All lead data, conversation logs, and contact information belongs to your business. AXARA LLC processes data solely to provide the service, acting as a data processor under your instructions.
Voice conversations may be recorded and transcribed for QA and CRM purposes depending on your configuration. You are responsible for notifying end users in accordance with applicable law.
Yes. AXARA LLC operates in compliance with GDPR as a data processor. We maintain a DPA available to all clients and support data subject rights requests.
Agents are configured with strict boundaries and only discuss trained topics. Questions outside scope are flagged for human review. We test thoroughly before go-live and offer ongoing monitoring.
All plans include email support and performance reports. Professional and above include regular analytics. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated contact and priority response.
Yes. Request a temporary pause anytime via contact@quietops.org. Monthly subscription continues during pause as infrastructure remains active.
